Service Description
Initial consultation (up to 1.25 hours) - a no obligation consultation to see if we are a 'good fit' and to experience some somatic work so you know how it works and what to expect. This is mandatory before we begin working together as we discuss your issues and assess symptoms and possible causes. During the session we will go through your intake form discussing past life experience, diet, history and emotional health. If you decide to work with me I will then recommend a package tailored to you. We can also discuss alternatives to 121 working including my group online programme The Emotional Masterclass if this is a better fit for you.
Cancellation Policy
For 121 appointments 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel or that appointment will be considered lost and payable unless in the case of emergency. I reserve the right to make a decision on what constitutes such a situation. It is easy to reschedule yourself by logging on to your booking in the top right of header. For online group courses you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start and request a refund minus my administration costs (£30). See also my terms and conditions for full details.
