Service Description
​A chance to meet me (online) and discuss your situation and find out whether what I offer meets your needs and to ask questions. Please note to make sure that you are serious about working with me I now make a nominal charge of £20 beforehand redeemable against the Initial Consultation. This effectively makes it free if you go ahead with me but covers my time if you don't (for my charges see the Booking section of my website and in FAQs). I hope you understand this is to protect my valuable time and knowledge and to preserve slots for people who are committed to going ahead. This is NOT a forum for giving me full details of your history which is the purpose of the Initial Consultation....
Cancellation Policy
For 121 appointments 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel or that appointment will be considered lost and payable unless in the case of emergency. I reserve the right to make a decision on what constitutes such a situation. It is easy to reschedule yourself by logging on to your booking in the top right of header. For online group courses you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start and request a refund minus my administration costs (£30). See also my terms and conditions for full details.
