Service Description
Monthly online group session on Teams with me where we will discuss topics of interest on the subject of emotional healing/wellbeing/trauma resolution. A chance to take part in a facilitated group session with me of utmost compassion and confidentiality. Find out what's it's like to experience connection and support from others who know what it's like to struggle emotionally. There'll be some teaching and plenty of time for discussion/sharing. No obligation to speak and no pressure! Come as you are whether you've worked with me in the past or not.

Cancellation Policy
For 121 appointments 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel or that appointment will be considered lost and payable unless in the case of emergency. I reserve the right to make a decision on what constitutes such a situation. It is easy to reschedule yourself by logging on to your booking in the top right of header. For online group courses you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start and request a refund minus my administration costs (£30). See also my terms and conditions for full details.
