Emotional AUDIT Programme

The Emotional AUDIT Program is an interactive online group learning program which aims to teach you the links between what happened to you in childhood and adult health and wellbeing. It also provides practical tools and a chance to benefit from my many years experience helping people heal from past emotional experiences which continue to program their bodies and minds to create illness. The programme runs over 9 weeks and includes interactive quizzes each week and downloadable resources to keep. It begins with an introductory welcome session followed by weekly live discussion sessions to embed the learning and finishing with a practical bonus video and wrap up session. I also ask for feedback during the final week with a feedback form.
