This online group course (starting 26th October 2023) is a bespoke group programme for understanding and healing trauma. You’ll learn how your body has held onto childhood embedded responses and beliefs, and how to unravel them in a supportive community! Cancellation Policy

For 121 appointments 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel or that appointment will be considered lost and payable unless in the case of emergency. I reserve the right to make a decision on what constitutes such a situation. It is easy to reschedule yourself by logging on to your booking in the top right of header.
