I’m a specialist practitioner in chronic pain, anxiety and emotional trauma release. I’ve had my own health challenges including anxiety and CFS and use my knowledge and specialist training in trauma, naturopathy and stress-related conditions to inform my approach. During an initial consultation, we discuss your issues and assess symptoms and possible causes. I then recommend a personalised treatment plan for you based on your individual needs,  I will consider life experience, diet, posture and emotional health. Services and Prices*

Clinical Massage

  • Initial consultation (with full postural assessment) 1.25 hours £60
  • Full body 1 hour £50
  • Luxury treatment (full body including hands, feet and face) 1.5 hours £75

Emotional Healing (EFT/EMDR and Wellbeing Coaching):

  • Initial consultation (1.5 hours) £150 – no obligation consult to see if we are a ‘good fit’. Thereafter:
  • 3 sessions £350
  • 6 sessions £700

NB you will need a minimum of 6  sessions for chronic conditions e.g. CFS/ME/Fibro/OCD, etc see my Specialist packages of care

Treatment plan

Your treatment plan will include the number of treatments I recommend and the frequency. Some issues are easily resolved. For instance unwanted habits can be removed in 2-3 sessions of hypnotherapy whilst long-standing chronic illness needs a more structured package of care. I base my recommendations on a well-proven protocol of wellbeing coaching which involves you in your own healing. So you will be guided every step of the way to make changes in your lifestyle and outlook to give you the best possible chance of healing. It may include:

  • detoxification via massage/ bodywork and cleansing
  • nutritional support to correct deficiencies (via supplementation and superfoods)
  • immune support (via herbs and stress release)
  • emotional healing (via coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT and EMDR)

The body is an amazing self-healing organism which can heal anything if given the right conditions. Often, though, it is stuck in an autonomic* anxiety cycle of pain/ threat which cripples the body’s healing mechanisms. I have a special interest in the effects of trauma / unresolved emotion in the body and have developed a protocol using a mixture of EFT/ EMDR/hypnotherapy and wellbeing coaching. The trauma may be a ‘Big-T’ trauma such as an operation, accident, bereavement/loss or childhood abuse or it may be a ‘Small-t’ trauma such as bullying, an unloving parent, being ignored, etc. They usually occur in childhood when we are much more vulnerable; thus what may seem to you trivial now (e.g. being laughed at) would have been significant to you as a child. What they all share in common is being perceived as inescapable. Helplessness is the key to trauma formation.

Although you have rationalised these events, they may still be stored in your bodymind and need clearing. I have seen amazing results with resolving intractable back or shoulder pain for instance when these bodymind issues are addressed(1) I have made it my life purpose to learn all I can about the human body and mind. I have healed myself (although this is an ongoing task) and have amassed a huge amount of practical knowledge which I can use to guide you through your healing journey. I am thoroughly grounded in both the science (I am scientifically trained in biomedicine) and the art of healing. I have come to realise that modern medicine, whilst giving us many miracle treatments, has failed the majority when it comes to healing chronic illness, as it focussed on symptom suppression rather than finding the root cause of disease.

I offer a range of solutions for different needs which can be tailored to you – so, no more ‘practitioner-hopping’ trying to find solutions… How does my package for chronic conditions make a difference? I use a systematic approach that considers all aspects of the mindbody- not just your physical symptoms but the real causes which may be trauma in your past history which has predisposed your body for ‘fight or flight’ response. This sets in motion a ‘domino effect’ of hormonal, blood sugar imbalances and neuro-physiological changes which affect your energy, digestive & immune systems, sleep and mood. It is clear that one size doesn’t fit all with these chronic, multi-factorial conditions and the approach to healing must be holistic, i.e. tailored to you and your particular symptoms and underlying causes.
